RNAO: Anti-Black Racism and Discrimination in Nursing series Webinar

In this first webinar, meet co-chairs Dr. Angela Cooper Brathwaite and Chantal Sorhaindo, who will introduce RNAO’s Black Nurses Task Force. We invite you to engage in meaningful conversations related to how race and lived experiences of Black nurses have informed their current practice. As well, we invite you to bring your questions and comments to discuss barriers to career advancement for Black nurses in order to further equal access to opportunities in the health system.

Learning about Racism

The CRRF has developed an exclusive, free on-line program that has bought together a “faculty” of subject matter experts to create a curriculum and a set of reading materials. Learners, drawn from multiple sectors, will read provided material and participate in courses led by faculty members who are experts in the topic of discussion.
