The PASS Workplace Integration Program is designed to complement the supports you already have in place. While many organizations offer general workplace or cultural integration, our program focuses specifically on the nursing practice environment and the unique transition challenges faced by Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs).
As the only program in Canada dedicated specifically to supporting IEN integration into nursing practice, we provide targeted, nursing-specific guidance that strengthens and enhances your existing initiatives.
No—you can contact the PASS Workplace Integration Program at any time to get started or have your questions answered. Attending a session is optional and just one way to learn more about the program.
The PASS Workplace Integration Program is completely free for healthcare employers who have or hire Internationally Educated Nurses.
All PASS program offerings are fully funded by the Government of Canada through IRCC, so there’s no cost to your organization or nurses.
Our workshops and training have been developed and refined over the years to deliver the best outcomes for your organization. Examples of training topics you can choose from include cross-cultural recruitment, approaches to creating an inclusive workplace, and strategies to improve IEN integration and retention. We can tailor sessions to meet your specific needs or provide proven, ready-to-use workshops that have consistently supported IENs and nursing teams
Workshops or webinars can take place over 1-2 hours or can be facilitated over a one day training session depending on the type of support you request.
