You must be an Internationally Educated Nurse, approved for immigration to Canada, to be eligible for PASS Pre-Arrival and Post-Arrival Program.

The PASS Program can only assist nurses who have been approved for Permanent Resident (PR) or certain refugee status.

You can continue to registration. Please have a copy of these documents ready to upload to your registration:

Document 1: Your Nursing School Diploma

Document 2: Your Canadian immigration documentation

Registration will take 5 - 10 minutes. Once the PASS Program receives your registration, your registration will be reviewed in 1 - 3 business days.

PASS Pre-Arrival and Post-Arrival Program Eligibility Assessment:

1. Have you graduated from a recognized nursing program in your country?

2. Have you been approved by Citizenship and Immigration Canada to migrate to Canada?

IMPORTANT NOTE:

To be eligible for the PASS Program, along with your nursing diploma, you must also provide documentation showing that the Canadian Government has approved your permanent migration to Canada. 

Any of the following immigration documents are accepted:

  • An IRCC invitation to obtain pre-arrival services
  • A confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) letter/document
  • A passport request letter that indicates Permanent Resident visa issuance
  • An IRCC request that an applicant for permanent residence complete a medical examination
  • A Single Entry Permanent Resident Visa
  • A Permanent Resident Visa pick up notification letter
