Apply to PASS

To register for PASS Pre-Arrival and Post-Arrival Program for Nurses, you must

  • have graduated from a recognized nursing program and
  • have approval from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for migration to Canada on a Permanent Resident status

Please complete the form below and attach scanned copies of your documentation confirming these requirements. We will need a copy of your graduation certificate in nursing, as well as your documentation of immigration approval from IRCC.

A Case Manager will review your application and contact you within 5 – 10 business days. If you experience any issues completing your registration, please contact us here.

IMPORTANT!


The PASS PROGRAM is not available to those on WORK PERMIT or STUDENT VISA.

Please do not continue with this registration form unless you are approved for PERMANENT RESIDENT (PR) or CONVENTION REFUGEE STATUS.

The PASS Program is unable to proceed or review any registrations from those with Work Permits or Student Visas.
